These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Greensalad.in ("Website") and the subscription and delivery services ("Service") offered by GC Instrumentation, operating under the brand Greensalad.in By accessing or using our Website and services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Company Overview

Greensalad.in is a cloud-based salad subscription and delivery platform serving health-conscious individuals and corporate clients in Mumbai and Pune. Our offerings include:

• Exotic Salad Packs
• High Protein Salad Packs
• Weight Care Salad Packs
• Corporate Salad Wellness Programs

Our mission is to make healthy eating simple, accessible, and delicious through curated, nutritionist-backed meal plans delivered fresh to your door.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this site or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use our services. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Account and Communication

By placing an order, you consent to receive transactional and service-related messages from us via:

• Email
• WhatsApp Business
• SMS (if applicable)

We never spam or share your number with third parties for marketing without explicit consent.

5. Orders, Subscriptions & Payments

• Order Placement: Orders and subscriptions can be made online or via WhatsApp.
• Subscription Terms: Weekly and monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 48 hours before the next cycle.
• Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallets.
• Pricing: All prices include applicable GST unless specified.
• Invoices: Provided via email or upon request.

6. Delivery Policy

We deliver throughout Mumbai and Pune. Deliveries occur between 8 AM and 1 PM based on your selected time slot.

• Fresh salads are prepared daily and dispatched from our cloud kitchen.
• Missed deliveries due to unavailability will not be refunded.
• Incorrect delivery address is the customer’s responsibility.

7. Cancellation and Refund

• Single Orders: Can be canceled up to 12 hours before delivery.
• Subscriptions: Can be canceled anytime, with refunds processed within 7-8 working days (pro-rata basis if applicable).
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

8. Product Customization & Allergies

All ingredients are listed with each salad. However, we do not guarantee an allergen-free kitchen. Please consult your physician before placing an order if you have dietary restrictions.

9. WhatsApp Business Compliance

We communicate via WhatsApp strictly as per Meta’s policies:

• Only customers who opt in are messaged.
• We use WhatsApp to send delivery alerts, confirmations, and feedback requests.
• You may opt out anytime by replying with "STOP".

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website including logos, recipes, photographs, and designs are owned by GC Instrumentation and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim related to your use of our service will be limited to the amount paid by you for that specific order or subscription period. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms anytime. All updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use implies your acceptance of the changes.
