You choose your plan (6 / 12 / 24 days), salad type and delivery time. We prepare fresh salads daily and deliver them to your selected address.

Yes. Each plan runs on a rotating day-wise menu so you don’t get the same bowl every day. Small seasonal swaps may happen to keep ingredients fresh.

We currently offer three core types-Weight Loss Salads, High Protein Salads and Exotic Salads. You can pick one type or mix them as per your goal.

Yes. Just WhatsApp our team at least 12 hours before your delivery slot and we’ll pause / skip that day. Your plan is extended accordingly.

No. Salads are prepared fresh in our kitchen every day using hydi-washed greens, clean dressings and chilled delivery. No artificial preservatives are added.

We serve selected areas across Mumbai & Pune. At checkout, enter your pincode to confirm if your location is covered.

Minor changes are possible. Share your new address or preferred slot on WhatsApp at least 24 hours earlier and our team will confirm availability.

You can raise a cancellation request via WhatsApp or email. Refunds / credits are processed as per our subscription policy mentioned on the checkout page.
